The main level hosts a regal primary suite that opens onto a secluded deck by the water, an opulent ensuite, and a generous walk-in closet. The Chef's Kitchen is a culinary dream with premium GE Cafe appliances, granite counters, and a walk-in pantry. A commodious dining area presents water views and opens to an expansive screened porch and deck.

It is close to the locally favourited beach of Black Creek Provincial Park ('Little Sandy'), the harbour of Lion's Head, The Bruce Trail and extended drive to Tobermory.
