A private, four-season waterfront cottage located on beautiful Dorcas Bay.

This inviting retreat features a natural sandy beach with shallow, family-friendly water, making it ideal for swimming, relaxing, and paddling. From the shoreline, you’re just a short paddle to the open waters of Lake Huron, offering the perfect balance of calm bay conditions and big-lake adventure.

Inside, The Brick House offers four bright and spacious bedrooms with three queen beds and one king bed, comfortably accommodating families and groups. There are three full bathrooms, including a stand-alone soaker tub, as well as walk-in closets for added comfort and storage.

Guests will enjoy a variety of entertainment options, including three flat-screen TVs with Fire Sticks, two DVD players, and a selection of DVDs, board games, and books, making it easy to unwind no matter the weather.

Outdoors, the property features two large fire pits—one at the front of the cottage and one by the shoreline—both with ample seating for evening gatherings. Please note that firewood is not provided, and all fires must be fully extinguished after each use.

Whether you’re enjoying peaceful mornings by the water, spending the day exploring Dorcas Bay, or relaxing by the fire in the evening, The Brick House offers a comfortable and private waterfront escape in every season.
