Our stays at Three Bears Cottage over the past three years have been exceptional. From the moment you arrive, there’s a sense of calm and quiet luxury that makes it easy to unwind.
The cottage is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail reflects care and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both refined and cozy.
The property itself is truly special. Surrounded by nature, it offers endless ways to relax — from hiking on nearby Crown land to fishing for pike and bass, hunting, and even picking wild mushrooms in season. Swimming in crystal-clear waters and taking in the scenery makes every day feel special. Evenings around the outdoor fireplace with friends have become cherished memories.

A fabulous cottage, majestic location, for the whole family
We have stayed at Natalia’s cottage several times in recent years — in summer and fall, with teenagers and with a larger group (up to 8 people altogether), for quick weekend getaways and longer stays. Every visit has been simply fantastic.
The cottage is easy to reach and perfectly located, close to the water and right at the edge of the forest. The area is very quiet, and walks through the woods or along the nearby roads are always a pleasure. The air is so fresh that you want to go to bed the moment you arrive. The village grocery store has everything you need, and the cottage is just a short drive from Tobermory, Lion’s Head, the Grotto, Sauble Falls, and other great local attractions.
The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living/dining area. The barbecue and firepit make evenings especially enjoyable.
We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to returning there ourselves.
Such a Cozy, Welcoming Stay
We have been staying at this cottage every year since 2022. No matter the season or weather, we always have a wonderful time and make unforgettable memories. The host, Natalia, is one of the kindest people you’ll meet, and you can tell she truly cares about the place. She always makes sure everything is spotless and comfortable.
The kitchen is a huge bonus for us. It’s very well equipped with dishes, cookware, a great stove, and all the little things you usually wish you’d packed. With our big family, this is truly a game changer. There’s also a barbecue and fireplace outside where we’ve spent many late summer evenings.
We also loved how pet-friendly the cottage is. Our little Shih Tzu came along and was welcomed with open arms.
Another highlight is the location. Pike Bay is within walking distance, and Bruce Peninsula and Lion’s Head are a short drive away. The nearby trails and forest are great for hiking, mushroom picking, hunting, and cross-country skiing.
